Change in date of the ceremony of laying "Foundation Capsule"

Dear investors, The ceremony of “Foundation Capsule” was scheduled for today, September 22nd. Due to the urgent unexpected change in the program of the Administration leaders, the ceremony was postponed by 7 to 10 days.

Exact new date is now communicated with Governor Office and shall be announced as soon as confirmed.

Nevertheless, this did not impact the construction works. These are in progress and we move forward.
