By decree №4085-P from 10.12.2014 “Transfer of land plot from the agricultural purposed land to the land of different category” is found following: to transfer from agricultural purposed lands structure to industrial purposed lands the plot of land, owned by the “RussVzryv” llc.
11.12.2014 Installment on poured roads was partly completed within the territory of construction object, i.e. "RussVzryv" ltd. manufacturer of the emulsion explosives. Obesrvable from outer space first result of works might be seen from satellite pictures via Google Earth App. We proffer pictures with different dates, for comparison.
12 OCT 2013. Temporary access road of total length of 2.46 km leading to the objects under construction of the future plant has been completed. This causeway is made of rock of the highest strength category and is capable to dwell even heavy three axis dumping trucks.
10 AUG 2013. The company RussVzryv signed the contract with the Czech company NWT a.s. for the supply of the first part of mix-pump trucks (MPT) made on the platform of Scania trucks.
08 FEB 2013. In our difficult times there are people ready to help to the village. The maternity clinic building of Etkul district hospital has not been repaired since its construction in 1985. Old wooden windows did not save the warmth inside, the drafts are everywhere in the wards of maternity patients, bathroom fitment is out of service, intumescent floor prevents the gurneys.
The cosmetic repair does not solve the problems, and neither hospital not the district administration does not have the funds for capital repair.
