PUBLIC HEARINGS RESULTS ARE KNOWN

28 DEC 2012. On the 26th of December the public hearings on the project of construction of plant for EE components located in Etkul district of the Chelyabinsk region, to the north-west of the village of Borisovka, took place in the building of administration of Emanzhelinsky rural settlement.

The representatives of the rural settlement administration, civic movements, and residents of adjacent villages were present at the hearings. In introduction the Director of RussVzryv, Salim Sharypov, highlighted that the plant would be constructed in compliance with the newest technologies which do not exist in Russia yet. Emulsion explosives are absolutely non-hazardous in their production, storage and use as they become explosive only after certain period of time after they have been placed into the well. The technology of EE production is environmentally friendly and cheap. The plant will be constructed in compliance with all the requirements of the ecological legislation of the European Union and Russia. The new plant will provide around 100 work places with the average salary of 25-30 thousand rubles, about 175 million rubles of taxes and obligatory payments to the budgets of all the levels including 1.5 million rubles to the rural settlement budget. 'Construction of such plant is the breakthrough in modernization of production in Russia about which everybody speaks so much,' – marked Salim Sharypov.
The project has been approved by voting. And based on the results of the hearings the Head of Emanzhelinsk rural settlement was recommended to approve the project of construction of the plant.
